KeepWise Terms of Use

Using KeepWise

KeepWise helps you track personal and business money — records, invoices, items and reports. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your device and account secure. Don’t use the app for anything unlawful or in a way that harms the service or other people.

Your account

You need an account to use KeepWise. Keep your login details private. You can delete your account at any time from More → Profile → Delete account, which permanently removes your account and erases your data on the device.

KeepWise Pro subscriptions

KeepWise offers an optional Pro subscription, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription auto-renews at the same price each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region.

For Apple purchases, the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

Your content

The financial data you enter is yours. It’s stored on your device, and you can export a full backup at any time. We don’t claim ownership of it.

KeepWise is a money-tracking tool, not financial, tax or accounting advice. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
